At Beltrium, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item you're not happy with or change your mind, you can easily return or exchange it.

We'll explain the specific steps and send you the necessary documentation. Please do not send any packages without prior confirmation from us.

If you want to exchange for another item

If the new item is priced higher, you'll need to pay the difference by bank transfer.

If the new item is cheaper, we'll refund the difference using the same payment method used for your order.
If you paid cash on delivery, you'll need to provide a bank account number in your name to process the deposit.

Special cases

Defective product or wrong shipment

If you receive a defective item or one different from the one you ordered, Beltrium will cover all collection and reshipping costs.

This circumstance must be communicated within a maximum period of 2 months from receipt of the order.

Returns of items damaged due to use, poor assembly, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene or custom manufacturing reasons, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Used products.

Personalized items upon request.

Incomplete sets or lots (the return must be made in full).

In case of receiving a damaged package

If the packaging is visibly damaged

Do not accept the package.

Report the incident to the carrier and contact us immediately.

If you have already accepted it

Please send a photo of the unopened package to our email within 48 hours so we can process your claim with the shipping agency.

If the item is damaged inside

Please send a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the package.

After this period, we will not be able to take responsibility for or replace the item.
