Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Within the country, pickup is free. In other countries, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

What happens if I receive a defective belt or the wrong shipment?

If your order contains a factory-defective item or one that doesn't match what you ordered, Beltrium will cover all collection and replacement costs . Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us a photo so we can process the incident.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the entire European Union and many countries in the rest of the world.

International orders are invoiced without VAT (tax free)
