What size should I buy?

How can I return an item?
You can request a return by sending an email to info@beltrium.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label and return instructions .

Orders and Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as international shipments, the cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination, which is always visible before payment. We do not apply any surprise surcharges.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this code to check the status of your shipment at any time. For reference, once shipped, delivery to the Spanish mainland is usually within 24–48 hours, and to the islands, around 48 hours.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic and Canary Islands, and most other countries. If your country is available at checkout, you can process your order normally; otherwise, please contact us and we'll find an alternative. International delivery times depend on the destination and customs.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect delivery address?
Please let us know as soon as possible, including your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can rectify it without any problem. If it's already in the hands of the agency, we will request a redirection; this may involve an additional cost and a slight delay, depending on the carrier and the destination.

Once we receive and review your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll then issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days .
